FS Project Manager

Morgan McKinley are seeking an experienced Project Manager (multiple levels) to join a dynamic consulting team focused on financial services. The role involves leading complex projects, supporting transformation initiatives, and driving operational excellence across banking, insurance, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycles and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Prepare project documentation, including status reports, RAID logs, and project plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support C-suite engagement.
• Facilitate workshops and contribute to business development initiatives.

Experience Needed:

• 3-5 years in project management within financial services.
• Knowledge of retail banking products (loans, mortgages, credit cards).
• Proficiency in Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
