Application Details
Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Applicants should supply suitable character references and be prepared to complete a Garda vetting application form.

Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
Coordinate bookings, completion of relevant paperwork and general usage of town hall.Support smooth day to day operations alongside the Caretaker/Cleaner.Communicate and liaise with community groups, service users and the town hall committee.
Promote the hall as avenue for local events and activities.
Support with procedures, Safety checks and general hall organisation..
Providecover for the Caretaker/Cleaner dueing holidays or absences(By Agreement).
Help keep our Facebook and Instagram pages up to date with community news,upcoming events and hall updates.
Use basic digital tools such as email,excel spreadsheets, and social media platforms as needed.
Support fundraising or promotional activities and complete grant applications where relevant.
Coordinate and organise annual events held in the hall, for example Christmas Craft Market, Art competition and calendar production..
