Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
A Community Employment Participant is needed by Cork Deaf Association to caretaker their premises in McCurtain Street.Duties include opening and closing the centre, preparing meeting rooms for use, testing equipment before use, assisting the office cleaner as required, maintaining the building and reporting faults. Some evening work is required at certain times of the year, to facilitate night classes at the centre.
Whilst no experience is necessary for this position, it would best suit someone with DIY skills, physically able for a multi-story building, with an eye for what needs to be done and to organise solutions.
