Our client is seeking a Scrum Master/ Project Manager to support the IT team in delivering enterprise-wide solutions that enhance IT service management, operations, and automation. This role will be instrumental in driving Agile delivery, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring that IT initiatives align with business priorities and enterprise systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as SCRUM Master for the IT team, facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting Agile best practices.
  • Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects and enhancements across ITSM, ITOM (including Cloud Provisioning & Governance), SAM, BCM, Now Assist, SecOps, and others.
  • Collaborate with the Platform Owner, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and timelines.
  • Track and report on sprint progress, team velocity, and project milestones using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of IT features and integrations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to align on dependencies and deliverables.
  • Support M&A integration efforts by managing onboarding projects into the organisation's platform.
  • Ensure compliance with change management, release governance, and documentation standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the IT team.
  • Support M&A integration efforts by onboarding new entities into the IT ecosystem

Skills and Attributes:

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in an Agile/SCRUM Master role.
  • Experience managing IT projects or working closely with the IT development teams.
  • Certified SCRUM Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Familiarity with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and platform capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (SCRUM, SAFe, Kanban) and project management principles.
  • Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Agile Development.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management.
  • Experience with M&A integration projects and onboarding new business units
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.
  • Consistent with the firm's hybrid work model, this position will require in-person attendance at least two days per week, either at a GT office.
  • Experience with professional services firms
  • Experience working within an IT organisation supported by a managed services provider.
