What you’ll be doing:
- Engaging with warm leads, building relationships, and helping customers through their buying journey.
- Creating short, personalised video tours to showcase vehicles in a fun and engaging way.
- Booking and managing customer appointments for consultations and test drives.
- Assisting with vehicle appraisals and part-exchange assessments.
- Working closely with an experienced sales team, ensuring every customer enjoys a first-class experience.
