Sales Manager

CareerWise Recruitment are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead growth primarily across the Munster region. This is a high-impact role focused on delivering advanced intralogistics and automation solutions to some of the most dynamic manufacturing and logistics operations.
The Role:
- Drive sales of intralogistics and automation solutions including warehouse equipment, AGVs, AMRs, VNA systems, and ASRS technologies.
- Build and convert a strong pipeline across major industrial hubs across the region.
- Develop relationships with senior stakeholders across engineering, operations, and supply chain functions.
- Deliver tailored technical solutions, proposals, and presentations to clients and engineering consultancies.
- Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage all activity through CRM systems, ensuring strong pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting.
- Work closely with engineering and project delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in technical sales preferably within logistics, automation, materials handling, or a related engineering sector.
- Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers across multiple functions
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation and solution-selling capability
- Self-starter with the drive to build and grow a regional territory
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
