The Role
- Generate new business and manage renewals
- Build relationships with local businesses and farming clients
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Provide expert, compliant insurance advice
- Insurance sales experience
- Knowledge of Agri or Commercial insurance
- CIP / Certified Insurance Practitioner (or grandfathered)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Full driving licence
€50k–€55k salary
€15k bonus potential
