Part time Social Care Assistant
FRS Recruitment is currently working with a leading Intellectual Disability Service in the Midlands who require Social Care Assistants on an agency basis for long-term, consistent work each week.
This service supports individuals with disabilities to live safely, comfortably, and as independently as possible. The role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care in line with organisational policies, national standards, and regulatory requirements set by Health Service Executive, Tusla – Child and Family Agency, and Health Information and Quality Authority.
The Social Care Assistant works as part of a multidisciplinary team to promote the well-being, rights, and social inclusion of each individual receiving support.

€15.50 per hour +
Requirements- Minimum 2 modules of QQI Level 5 in Health, Social Care, or a related field, with a commitment to completing the full major award (8 modules).
- Full Irish Driving Licence.
- Previous experience in social care or healthcare is desirable.
- Understanding of HIQA standards, safeguarding legislation, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent English (both written and verbal).
- Flexibility – choose your own hours.
