Today at Osborne, we are looking for a candidate who is bubbly and outgoing but has the ability to work hard and support the team in a busy fast paced environment to work for a imports company located in Dublin 15. The position of Office Administrator is a permanent position with interviews taking place at the beginning of November.
I am looking to offer this role to someone with minimum of 2 years of experience working in a busy office environment and is familiar and knowledgeable with the use of SAGE 200.Please note that this location is not serviced by public transport.
Salary & Benefits:
€30,000 per yearParking

Responsibilities:
Input orders into Sage 200Processing orders from all other platforms too such as Trade/Sales Reps Portals & Web platforms.
Queries & credit notes
Invoicing
General Admin duties such as phones, booking DH’s, Filing, monitoring e-mails, e-mailing invoices, credits & statements
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar positionExperience of SAGE 200 would be advantageous
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Self-Starter, highly motivated with the ability to prioritise in a busy environment
Attention to detail is essential
Bubbly, friendly attitude with a professional manner
