Senior Project manager - Funds Industry

• Leading end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation projects within the funds industry.
• Managing system integration projects, ensuring seamless implementation across platforms and teams.
• Designing and implementing operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions, and driving alignment across functions.
• Managing project plans, budgets, and resources to deliver on time and within scope.
• Tracking performance, managing risks, and reporting progress to senior leadership.
• Coaching and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve success.

• 7+ years' experience in project management, business transformation, or change management within financial services (funds industry preferred).
• Proven experience delivering large-scale system integrations and operational model design projects.
• Strong track record of delivering complex projects using methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Lean.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build consensus at senior levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Clear and confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management or BI tools is a plus.
