Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to recruit a Transformation Project Manager. This is a high-impact, platform-lead role sitting within the Transformation team responsible for driving the delivery of one of Ireland's most advanced digital platforms.

The Role

As the Transformation PM, you will own end-to-end delivery across a customer facing platform(s) managing the roadmap, coordinating with the internal technology function, and serving as the primary relationship manager with the technology partner.

You will be expected to bring rigour and structure to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The group is running change and business-as-usual simultaneously, your role is to ensure that nothing breaks while everything evolves.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the platform delivery roadmap, ensuring progress is tracked, risks are surfaced early, and plans are maintained
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with the technology partner, managing the day-to-day relationship and escalating only where required
  • Collaborate closely with the Test Lead to ensure quality gates are in place and go-live events are safe and stable
  • Coordinate across internal business stakeholders and the IT function, bridging change and production support teams
  • Drive structure and discipline across the programme, this is not a box-ticking role; you will be expected to shape, challenge, and lead
  • Manage a pipeline of upcoming platform enhancements including third-party integrations, API connectivity, and digital data sourcing
  • Support the team's ongoing AI integration workstream
What We're Looking For
  • Proven track record in software delivery project management, end-to-end, from initiation through to go-live
  • Strong planning discipline able to break down complex programmes, identify dependencies, and keep delivery on track
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills confident managing upwards, across, and with external partners
  • A self-starter mentality someone who identifies what needs to be done and does it without being directed
  • Commercially aware and comfortable working in a 'run and change' environment simultaneously
Desirable
  • Background in financial services or fintech
  • Experience managing third-party technology vendor relationships
  • Familiarity with servicing platforms
  • Exposure to API-led integration projects or digital transformation programmes

This role is NOT right for:

  • Infrastructure or network project managers, this is a software/digital delivery role
  • PMs who need to be directed day-to-day, autonomy and initiative are essential
  • Anyone rigid about working patterns, flexibility across the week is a must
Location & Working Pattern
  • Dublin based
  • Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote
  • Flexibility across the week is essential, workshops and design sessions can shift days at short notice.
  • Some travel may be required (UK & EU)
