Application Details
Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Job Description
Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
Duties will include: Assisting in the day to day running of the after school programme. Supporting children with their homework, planning activities for the children, accompanying staff and children on outings, preparing snacks for the children.Supporting the learning experiences of the children by helping prepare the materials needed for their activities i.e. art and craft activities. Training is provided to allow you to gain a FETAC Childcare Qualification and get relevant work experience in a childcare/afterschool setting.
