Network Engineer & Cloud systems New

The ideal candidate will have strong networking implementation and systems experience, and be comfortable working with vendors and internal teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

• Design and deploy LAN/WAN infrastructure including HP switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Configure site-to-site VPN connectivity using Checkpoint or similar technologies.
• Set up and manage DHCP, DNS, and printer services.
• Configure Domain controllers.
• Ensure network performance, scalability, and security across multiple office locations.
• Create Physical, Logical and Service Dependency maps.

• Implementing and planning Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Implementing and planning Teams Phones solution with Teams rooms
• Hardening, testing, and rollout of Windows 11 across the organisation.
• Ensure compliance with organisational security policies and standards.
• Document all aspects of configuration and security setup.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in network design and implementation, including HP switches and Checkpoint firewalls.
• Proficiency in configuring VPNs, DHCP, DNS, and wireless networks.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and deployment.
• Familiarity with Windows 11 hardening and deployment strategies.
• Experience with SCCM or Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues.

Qualifications, Networking & Security:

• Checkpoint Certified Security Administrator (CCSA) or equivalent, CompTIA Network+

CompTIA Security+

Microsoft Certifications required:

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
