We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and elevate our culinary offerings.
Job Summary: We are currently looking for Full time Chef De Partie to work at Telfer Ltd (L’Gueuleton) based at 1 Fade Street , Dublin 2. Our new team will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your designated section.
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating new menu items.
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
- Manage and train junior kitchen staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Contribute to the development of seasonal menus and specials.
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end restaurant.
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualification .
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Passion for food and creativity in menu development.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Salary €34,000
