Position Summary

The Finance Project Manager will lead key finance transformation initiatives, focusing on ERP implementation and global process harmonisation. The role involves coordinating finance workstreams, ensuring timely and high-quality project deliverables, and driving alignment across regions and functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans aligned with program timelines.
• Coordinate workstream activities and manage dependencies.
• Report progress, risks, and issues regularly.

• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders within scope.
• Ensure requirements and feedback are integrated into project design and delivery.

• Support requirements gathering, validation, and documentation.
• Ensure clear definition and control of project scope.

• Identify, assess, and escalate project risks and issues.
• Develop mitigation and contingency plans.

• Support planning and execution of testing phases.
• Ensure test cases align with business processes and requirements.

• Act as a change ambassador to drive awareness and adoption of new solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Project management or process improvement certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.

• 5+ years in project management, preferably leading large-scale transformation or ERP projects.
• Proven success managing cross-functional teams and delivering results in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and ERP systems.

• Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead without direct authority and foster collaboration across teams.

Travel: Up to 30% international travel may be required for global collaboration and program execution.
