Salary:

€40,000 - €43,500 per annum

This role gives you the opportunity to shape the future of a new B2B marketplace, directly influencing how businesses discover and adopt the tools they rely on

• Research, review, and curate data about companies’ products and services to expand and improve the B2B marketplace.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to refine guidelines, processes, and annotation tasks.
• Develop expertise in how customers perceive categorization of entities and apply this to improve data quality.
• Establish and perform quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Contribute human intelligence to support scaling efforts with machine learning methods and Generative AI.
• Act as a point of contact for classification decisions and support partner teams in delivering excellent member experiences.
• Review and analyze large datasets in an SLA-driven environment, balancing speed and accuracy.

• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Detail-oriented, diligent, and comfortable with repetitive tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and abstract thinking abilities.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn technical concepts, tools, and stay curious about technology.

• Degree-level education, especially in research-heavy disciplines.
• Ability to follow complex instructions independently.
• Familiarity with NLP tools or data labeling platforms (e.g., Appen).
• Experience in scaling manual operations through process creation and automation.
• Background in startups or dynamic environments requiring adaptability.
• Skills in SQL and/or Python.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Interest or knowledge in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
