CEO (with additional support to the Group CFO)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant / Administrator to provide comprehensive support to our CEO, with additional administrative support to our Group CFO, who is based full-time in our Limerick head office.

This is a key, trusted role within the business, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can manage competing priorities, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced building/construction environment. The role will be primarily based on-site in our Limerick city head office, with occasional travel to the CEO's nearby home office as required.

Key Responsibilities

CEO Support
  • Provide full PA support to the CEO
  • Act as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing documents
  • Liase with Accounts & assist in preparing invoices and bank reconsiliations
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Assist with personal and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Group CFO & Head Office Support
  • Provide administrative support to the Group CFO
  • Assist with coordination of meetings, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Support head office administration as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
General Administration
  • Maintain organised filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Assist with office coordination and general administration tasks
  • Support senior management with administrative tasks as required
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and professional advisors where necessary
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience in a PA, Executive Assistant, or Senior Administrator role
  • Experience supporting senior leadership (CEO, Director, or CFO level) is essential
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office / Outlook / Teams)
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Experience in construction, engineering, or a similar sector is an advantage but not essential
