Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant / Administrator to provide comprehensive support to our CEO, with additional administrative support to our Group CFO, who is based full-time in our Limerick head office.
This is a key, trusted role within the business, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can manage competing priorities, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced building/construction environment. The role will be primarily based on-site in our Limerick city head office, with occasional travel to the CEO's nearby home office as required.
Key Responsibilities
CEO Support- Provide full PA support to the CEO
- Act as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing documents
- Liase with Accounts & assist in preparing invoices and bank reconsiliations
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Assist with personal and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
- Provide administrative support to the Group CFO
- Assist with coordination of meetings, documentation, and follow-ups
- Support head office administration as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain organised filing systems (digital and physical)
- Assist with office coordination and general administration tasks
- Support senior management with administrative tasks as required
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and professional advisors where necessary
- Proven experience in a PA, Executive Assistant, or Senior Administrator role
- Experience supporting senior leadership (CEO, Director, or CFO level) is essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office / Outlook / Teams)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience in construction, engineering, or a similar sector is an advantage but not essential
- Proactive, reliable, and highly organised
- Calm under pressure with strong attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Confident dealing with senior stakeholders
