Job Description

A pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Cashel is currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Operator to join its production team. This role offers a competitive base salary along with a 25% shift allowance and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

• Operate manufacturing equipment and processes in accordance with SOPs and GMP standards.
• Carry out production activities including dispensing, blending, granulation, and compression (as applicable).
• Monitor process parameters and ensure consistent product quality.
• Perform equipment set-up, cleaning, and changeovers.
• Accurately complete batch documentation and production records.
• Identify and report deviations, faults, or safety concerns.
• Work collaboratively with Quality, Engineering, and other departments.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and hygiene.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, food, or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience working with production machinery or automated systems desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset.
• Ability to follow strict procedures and documentation practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work shift patterns.
