Agency Existing Business – Digital Marketing (DACH Market) New

Are you passionate about digital marketing, agency partnerships, and driving client success?

We’re looking for a German-speaking Agency Existing Business to join a high-performing international team supporting one of the world’s leading visual discovery and advertising platforms.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and growing relationships with digital marketing agencies, helping their advertisers succeed and expand on the platform. You’ll drive new business, nurture long-term partnerships, and use data-driven insights to help agencies and brands achieve meaningful results.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of digital marketing agency relationships — both new and existing.
• Prospect, pitch, and onboard new agencies in your market to expand their presence on the platform.
• Support advertisers working with these agencies to optimize performance and drive ROI.
• Retain and grow advertising revenue within your portfolio.

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• 1+ years of experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency or in Sales/Account Management roles within the digital advertising industry.
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, Pinterest, Snapchat, or Twitter.
• Strong understanding of online marketing trends, analytics, and performance metrics (CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS).

• Competitive salary (First year earnings/OTE €60,000, Base Salary €34,000)
• 1 Year contract with the opportunity of extension
• Hybrid work model – 3 days office / 2 days from home.
