Salary: €36,605 – €40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our professional kitchen team at Koto Restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a designated kitchen section and maintaining the quality and consistency of dishes served.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to meet our high culinary standardsManage a section of the kitchen effectively
Adhere to food safety, hygiene and HACCP regulations
Assist with menu planning and stock control
Support and mentor junior kitchen staff
Essential Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent roleRelevant culinary qualification or professional kitchen training
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
