Chef De Partie Full-time 4 or 5 day 39-hour week. On-site parking. Meals will be provided on an 8-hour shift. Competitive pay based on experience. Employee Assistant Programme.
Responsibilities
Ensure food is prepared and cooked in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and guideline. Display creativity and passion for working with locally sourced food. Have a good knowledge of dietary requirements and a keen interest in current industry trends.
Maintaining high standards and in line with HACCP regulations. Ensure all equipment is operated, maintained and serviced as per manufacturer's instructions and Health and Safety requirements/recommendations.
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal skills. Experience working within a large fast paced environment. Work well as part of a team and have an ability to take direction. Knowledge and experience with the preparation of a large quantity of meals. Valid Manual Handling and Food Safety (HACCP) Level 2 certificates are required, ongoing onsite training will be provided.
