About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager to oversee and deliver a diverse portfolio of Hard and Soft FM projects within the Central Bank contract. This pivotal role forms part of the Senior Management Team and is essential to ensuring operational excellence, project delivery, and compliance with contractual and ISO standards.
You will work closely with the Hard FM Manager, Soft FM Manager, and Workplace Director to deliver high-quality, innovative, and sustainable projects that enhance the workplace experience and meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the delivery of all FM-related projects across the Central Bank portfolio.Develop, plan, and monitor project scopes, budgets, and schedules to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
Maintain and update the FF&E register in line with contractual requirements.
Ensure full ISO compliance, supporting audit readiness and documentation standards.
Drive internal initiatives that promote innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with operational leads to ensure seamless integration of project and service delivery.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Sodexo and the Central Bank.
About You
Degree or extensive experience in Project Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) desirable.
Proven experience delivering FM projects in regulated or high-security environments.
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance processes.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple concurrent projects.
