We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven professional to take ownership of all environmental functions at our clients site. This role is a key player in ensuring day-to-day environmental compliance and performance, while also leading a range of sustainability and environmental improvement projects.

• Ensure full compliance with the site's EPA license, including all relevant communications with external authorities.
• Oversee the operation, performance, and cost management of the on-site Effluent Treatment Plant, including reporting and resource planning.
• Lead the site’s Energy & Resource Team in achieving reduction targets for energy, water, and carbon through effective measurement, analysis, and reporting.
• Gather, analyze, and report data on effluent, energy, water, waste, and sustainability to support KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Maintain and enhance site environmental and energy management systems (ISO 14001 and ISO 50001).
• Conduct regular environmental and energy audits to identify opportunities for improvement and build climate resilience.
• Manage all waste streams on-site in alignment with corporate sustainability goals.
• Collaborate closely with the group’s environmental team on future sustainability strategies and initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service partners, including contractors.

• A third-level qualification in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (B.Sc./B.E. preferred).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, ideally within the food or manufacturing sectors.
• Experience with audits and regulatory interactions.
• A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of environmental, mechanical, and electrical engineering principles.
• Strong data management and reporting capabilities, with attention to environmental legislation and compliance.
• Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Fluent English and exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a larger operational team.
