On behalf our client, we are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager to lead one of our busy sites in the Dublin area. This is a hands-on leadership role for a commercially minded professional who understands retail at ground level and thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving site performance, leading teams, and delivering outstanding standards across retail, food, and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day‑to‑day operation of the site in line with our client’s policies and procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service standards across all areas of the business
- Drive sales performance and consistently achieve site targets
- Oversee cash handling, stock control, ordering, and administration
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a diverse retail team
- Ensure high standards across food service, drinks, forecourt, and shop operations
- Build strong working relationships with regional management and support functions
Essential Requirements (Please read carefully):
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Fluent spoken and written English (essential for team leadership and customer interaction)
- Strong knowledge of the Dublin area
- Full driving licence and ability to travel as required, but there is flexibility on this
- Previous retail experience is essential (applications without retail background will not be considered)
- Experience managing or supporting food and beverage operations alongside retail
- Proven sales‑driven mindset with the ability to motivate teams and grow performance
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a Site Manager, Store Manager, or Assistant Manager role
- A natural leader with a strong team‑leading attitude
- Commercially aware and comfortable dealing with multiple sides of the business
- Confident operating in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
- Organised, reliable, and capable of taking ownership of results
