On behalf our client, we are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager to lead one of our busy sites in the Dublin area. This is a hands-on leadership role for a commercially minded professional who understands retail at ground level and thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving site performance, leading teams, and delivering outstanding standards across retail, food, and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day‑to‑day operation of the site in line with our client’s policies and procedures
  • Deliver excellent customer service standards across all areas of the business
  • Drive sales performance and consistently achieve site targets
  • Oversee cash handling, stock control, ordering, and administration
  • Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a diverse retail team
  • Ensure high standards across food service, drinks, forecourt, and shop operations
  • Build strong working relationships with regional management and support functions

Essential Requirements (Please read carefully):

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Fluent spoken and written English (essential for team leadership and customer interaction)
  • Strong knowledge of the Dublin area
  • Full driving licence and ability to travel as required, but there is flexibility on this
  • Previous retail experience is essential (applications without retail background will not be considered)
  • Experience managing or supporting food and beverage operations alongside retail
  • Proven sales‑driven mindset with the ability to motivate teams and grow performance

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a Site Manager, Store Manager, or Assistant Manager role
  • A natural leader with a strong team‑leading attitude
  • Commercially aware and comfortable dealing with multiple sides of the business
  • Confident operating in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
  • Organised, reliable, and capable of taking ownership of results
