Duties and accountabilities- Liaise directly with site management to ensure smooth completion of work.
- Work to tight deadlines.
- Complete welding of steel components.
- Read drawings and set up work area to carry out work safely, in a timely manner and correct to the drawing.
- Getting production Right First Time.
- Quantity and quality of work to be of a high standard, free of defects and with attention to detail.
- Work safely in line with company policy and Health and Safety Standards.
- Report any issues to management in a timely manner.
- Attend and complete all required training.
- Adhere to company safety statement, quality manual, associated procedures, and employee handbook.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and learn new skills.
- 1-2 years relevant experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Possess a heightened awareness of health and safety.
- Good communication skills with ability to work independently as well part of a team.
- Good level of English communication.
