Our client, a luxury hotel in Co. Kilkenny, is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professionally run kitchen focused on quality, creativity, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of your kitchen section and deliver high-quality dishes
- Assist in menu planning, preparation, and service across various meal periods
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented to high standards

- Work closely with the Sous and Head Chef to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
