HR Generalist - 2 year FTC New

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the HR Generalist will support the full employee lifecycle, help with key HR projects, and manage day to day HR tasks. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in Financial Services or a Corporate/Professional Services environment, and will enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide everyday HR support for all stages of an employee’s life with the company from hiring and onboarding to performance reviews and exits.
• Help run HR projects and initiatives within the People & Culture team.
• Manage recruitment coordination, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Maintain HR records and system data (SuccessFactors experience is a plus).
• Help develop or update HR policies, prepare HR reports, ensure compliance, and suggest improvements to HR processes.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for both employees and managers answer HR questions clearly and promptly.
• Work well within a small HR team, while also being able to manage your own tasks and priorities independently.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years+ experience working as an HR Generalist.
• Strong understanding of all major HR processes hiring, onboarding, performance, employee lifecycle.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and stay organised in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good communication, teamwork, and people-management skills.
• Ideally: experience in financial services or corporate/professional services, familiarity with HR systems (preferably SuccessFactors), and a relevant HR qualification (desirable, not essential).
