Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant
Here at Osborne, we are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant based in Dublin City Centre. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing complex schedules and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling.Act as the primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Support event planning, project management, and ad hoc assignments.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and office suppliers when necessary.
Skills and Experience Required:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar support role.Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online collaboration tools.
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Professional, positive attitude and a high level of flexibility.
Previous experience supporting C-suite executives is an advantage.
