Childcare Practitioner (Part Time)

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced Early Years Educators to join our fantastic team in our Cherrywood creche, based in Tullyvale, Dublin.

This is a Part-Time role. 6 hours per day.

Working hours: From 10am - 4pm Monday - Friday.

Role Responsibilities:

The Role:

• To participate in themed days within the crèche when needed
• To ensure the provision of a quality service to children and parents
• To co-operate with TUSLA Early Years Inspectors
• To work as part of a team and liaise with other team members & team leaders
• To come up with new ideas and activities to encourage learning with the children
• To liaise with parents/guardians of the children and keep them informed of their children’s day

Required Qualifications:

• All applicants must have minimum QQI / FETAC Level 5 and be eligible to work full time in Ireland. All other qualifications must be recognized by the DCYA.
• We are eager to find a candidate with a genuine passion towards Early Years. The perfect candidate would be hardworking, ambitious, creative and a real team player
• Additional experience and qualifications are highly desirable. Garda Vetting (and international police clearance if having lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months) will also be required.
