Key Focus Areas:

  1. **Revamping Sales & Marketing Technology**: Implementing a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to provide a holistic view of client interactions, from lead generation to contract closure and post-sales support. This intuitive system will be a cornerstone of our daily workflow.
  2. **Modernizing Technological Infrastructure**: Our focus is on digitally empowering all business functions. This includes introducing an advanced Human Resources (HR) system, enhancing Finance and Property systems, all seamlessly integrated and user-friendly to enhance interactions with colleagues and clients.
  3. **Streamlining End-to-End Processes**: Simplifying and standardizing processes to free up more time for client engagement. Technology will play a key role, such as incorporating digital signatures into our daily operations.
  4. **Positioning Data as a Strategic Asset**: Providing real-time access to templates and premium collateral via the new CRM. Enhanced reporting and dashboard features will offer continuous insights, allowing us to concentrate on value-adding activities.

Programme Management Role:

With the Digital Transformation Programme's complexity, involving multiple workstreams, diverse stakeholders, and strict timelines, the Programme Manager plays a crucial role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing structures for program and project reporting.
  • Establishing clear communication channels and governance frameworks.
  • Adhering to the project lifecycle and maintaining detailed project plans.
  • Managing key project documentation, schedules, and resourcing plans.
  • Ensuring adequate staffing and managing external resources.
  • Overseeing Digital Transformation service providers to address changes effectively.
