The successful candidate would be assisting staff members with different levels of experience and expertise. Ideally this will be someone who has gained experience in an accounting role and wishes to develop themselves further.
ResponsibilitiesInput data using various software packages.
Set up bank payments
Raise sales invoices
Record receipts and reconciliation of cash/credit card receipts
Prepare VAT returns
Assist in periodic management accounts
Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts
Assist in preparing and monitoring cash flows and budgets
Assist in putting together year-end accounts files
Assist in managing tour accounts for clients
Company secretarial matters, annual returns etc.
Analysis of bank statements
