We’re Hiring: Senior Manufacturing Engineer | Medical Device Industry | Galway, IE

Are you ready to be part of an innovative and fast-growing team developing game-changing medical technologies? We’re seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join one of our clients at a pivotal time of expansion and commercialization.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead projects to develop, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure efficient, high-quality production.
• Collaborate across R&D, Quality, and Operations to resolve technical issues and enhance product flow.
• Manage equipment selection, installation, performance, and maintenance.
• Execute process validations (IQ, OQ, PQ) in line with QMS requirements.
• Drive cost reduction and scale-up strategies to support commercial readiness.
• Apply lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and KPI analysis to drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

• Level 8 Engineering degree (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in the medical device industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, process controls, and validations.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• A self-starter with strong technical aptitude and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
