PE Global Healthcare are currently recruiting Support Workers to join leading disability, children’s residential and homeless and community services across Ireland.Key Responsibilities
- Support service users with daily living skills and independence
- Assist with personal care where required
- Promote social inclusion and community participation
- Follow individual care and support plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Relevant Level 5 qualification in Healthcare, Social Care, or equivalent
- Experience working with vulnerable adults or children desirable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility for shift work
- Full clean driver’s licence desirable
