Our client are a successful telecommunications company who are seeking a Senior Projects Manager to help them deliver world-class Survey, Design, and Build programs that define industry standards. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and driven individual to make a real impact while growing with a company that values long-term client partnerships, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
As a Senior Projects Manager, you will own and lead the delivery of complex, multi-workstream telecom infrastructure projects. Your leadership will be key in ensuring each initiative is completed on time, within scope and budget—while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction.
Due to the location of the offices in Dublin 22 – own transport is essential.
Salary & Benefits:
€70,000 – €80,000 DOEMonday to Friday 9am – 6pm

Responsibilities:
Own and drive all project phases from mobilisation to completion at a branch levelLead cross-functional delivery teams including Design, Operations, HSEQ, and Commercial
Establish and maintain robust project controls, reporting, and governance structures
Oversee client and stakeholder engagement, ensuring needs are met and exceeded
Identify underperforming areas and work with internal leads to resolve delivery gaps
Set and monitor performance metrics and KPIs across existing and new workstreams
Coordinate budgets, forecasts, and reporting in collaboration with commercial teams
Lead and develop the project support team for program planning, local authority coordination, permitting, and administration
Implement change management strategies aligned with broader project goals
Promote continuous improvement through data-driven process enhancements
Key Requirements:
Proven track record in a senior leadership role managing large-scale telecoms or infrastructure programsExperience in project management with a construction environment would be advantageous
Experience in driving multi-project cohesion across clients and teams
Strong resource planning and budget management expertise
Ability to lead, influence and inspire teams across various disciplines
Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, GIS, and Field Reporting Systems
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
Strong analytical, decision-making, and risk mitigation skills
