Early Careers Recruiter- Kilkenny New

Cpl HR Recruitment have an exciting opportunity as a Early Careers Recruiter with an Irish global organisation. The role is a 12 month FTC based in Kilkenny

Roles and responsibilities will include:

• End to end ownership of our Early Career Recruitment, working closely with our Talent Development Team
• Planning and executing Graduate, Internship & Apprentice campaigns
• Collaborate with hiring managers
• Manage and maintain candidates through our ATS (Success Factors)
• Coordination of open positions on internal career sites and external jobs boards
• Scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and hiring managers
• Conducting selection interviews with hiring managers
• Ensuring pre-employment recruitment operations are completed in a timely manner: medicals, reference checks and other pre-employment checks
• Liaising with Preferred Supplier Listing of agencies
• Administering psychometric testing and interpretation of feedback

Skills and experience required:

• 3+ years in an Early Careers Recruitment Role
• Ability to display a high degree of professionalism in dealing
• Energy, enthusiasm and drive to make it happen
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic, innovative environment
• A commitment to quality
