Chef de partie
Muskerry Golf Club is seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join us.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present consistently high-quality dishes in your designated section.
Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in line with HACCP and club policies.
Support the creation of new menu items, specials, and seasonal offerings.
Train and guide junior staff when required, fostering a culture of teamwork and development.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and ordering.
Ensure portion control and minimize food waste.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
Culinary qualification or equivalent professional experience.
Strong knowledge of food hygiene, kitchen health & safety, and HACCP procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
