Duty Manager - Co. Kerry

A luxury hotel in Co. Kerry is currently seeking a proactive and guest-focused Duty Manager to join their leadership team. This is a key role responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations across departments and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the hotel in the absence of senior management
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained throughout all departments
• Handle guest complaints and special requests with professionalism and urgency
• Support and coordinate between departments to ensure smooth shift transitions
• Ensure adherence to health & safety, fire, and security procedures
• Complete shift reports and handovers for management review

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a 4*/5* hotel
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
