We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our dynamic and innovative OTS team, working on a client site. The Construction Manager will lead the delivery of a large-scale pharmaceutical construction project in Limerick. This role will oversee all site operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and the unique requirements of pharma facilities.The Construction Manager will act as the key liaison between project stakeholders, contractors, and technical teams to ensure successful execution on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- - Manage day-to-day site activities, coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure construction practices align with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and pharma industry standards
- Develop and monitor construction schedules, proactively addressing risks and delays
- Track project costs, approve expenditures, and maintain financial accountability
- Enforce strict health & safety protocols, conducting regular audits and toolbox talks
- Communicate effectively with clients, design teams, and regulatory authorities
- Oversee inspections, testing, and commissioning to meet pharma facility requirements
- Maintain accurate records of progress, changes, and compliance reports
- - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of construction management experience, with at least 3 years in pharma or life sciences projects
- Proven track record delivering complex, high-value projects
- Strong knowledge of GMP, cleanroom construction, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
