We’re seeking a driven, people-focused professional—whether an experienced medical sales rep or a nurse ready to move into a commercial role—to become our dedicated Orthopaedic Sales Executive. You’ll champion a specialist portfolio of orthopaedic soft goods (casting, splinting, and related products—not joint replacements) and make a tangible difference for patients and clinicians across Ireland.

• Grow & Retain Business: Manage a well-established customer base while driving new opportunities with hospitals and clinics nationwide.
• Win New Accounts: Secure HSE tenders and develop fresh relationships to expand market share.
• Be the Product Expert: Deliver product demonstrations, in-service training, and ongoing clinical support.
• Own the Numbers: Consistently achieve—and exceed—quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate & Support: Work closely with internal colleagues to ensure seamless service and account coverage.

• Experience in orthopaedic or medical device sales is a plus—but not essential.
• Nursing or clinical background with strong commercial ambition welcomed.
• Proven relationship-building and sales skills with a self-motivated, organised approach.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and stay overnight when required.

• Comprehensive 2-week training in the UK, including hands-on product immersion and field shadowing.
• Ongoing guidance from a collaborative Irish team of three colleagues—while you own the dedicated orthopaedic portfolio.
