HR Recruitment Officer - FTC 6 month New

Cpl is recruiting for a Non profit Organisation seeking a HR Recruitment Officer on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role is based in Dublin 2 with a hybrid working policy and a 35-hour working week.

• Manage and coordinate high-volume recruitment campaigns, including temporary and emergency staffing.
• Liaise with internal HR/OD Business Partners and Hiring Managers to determine recruitment processes, advertising strategies, and timelines.
• Screen applications, prepare candidate shortlists, and manage interview scheduling and communications.
• Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and transparent process.
• Maintain compliance with legal and policy frameworks, including data protection and recruitment regulations.
• Document and standardise processes in line with public sector guidelines.
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including senior management and government departments.
• Support financial and operational tasks, including raising purchase orders, budget management, and collaboration with Finance and Procurement teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and service providers.

• 3+ years’ experience in Recruitment or HR Administration, ideally with exposure to temporary staffing.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong experience in liaising with external agencies and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain operational processes and documentation.
• Practical experience in financial administration, including purchase orders and budget tracking.
• Excellent analytical, administrative, and organisational skills.
• Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant third-level qualification or equivalent is desirable.
