• Managing the front of the shop in the Pharmacy, including all premium skincare ranges, fragrances, and OTC
• Oversight and responsibility for the branch retail turnover, stock management and profitability to achieve the Group’s overall targets
• High levels of Sales, Service & Standards for customers and the branch
• Sales and promotions
• Cash management duties
• Adhering to company standards and procedures
• Merchandising and Marketing
• Responsible for the overall ordering, merchandising and selling of stock
• Support colleagues working elsewhere in the branch as needed
• Drive community initiatives

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the sales of luxury cosmetic brands is essential
• Conducting and leading with excellent sales skills and customer service are required
• Target-driven and sales-focused
• Willing to work as part of a team
• Friendly and approachable
• Positive attitude
• A helpful and courteous manner, and customer-focused
• Two years’ retail pharmacy experience required
• Fluency in English
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Work on their initiative and make decisions
• Commercially-aware
• Pro-active and energetic, demonstrated by prior engagement in community initiatives
• Strong administration skills
• Professional and discreet
• Ability to adhere to and drive exceptional store presentation standards
• Empathy and understanding of our customers and each other
