Overview:

The Role:
We’re looking for friendly, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our busy contact centre team as a Customer Service Advisor. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming calls, answering queries, and providing an excellent customer experience every time.
Key Responsibilities- Answer calls and respond to customer queries via multiple channels in a professional and efficient manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and accounts
- Resolve issues effectively, escalating when necessary
- Update customer records with attention to detail
- Work towards individual and team performance targets (quality, customer satisfaction, call handling times)
- Deliver a positive customer experience at every interaction
- You are an excellent communicator and have the ability to build rapport and be highly engaging with customers using multiple channels (phone, email, social media, chat etc.)
- A friendly and professional telephone manner
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computer systems and handling multiple applications
- Previous customer service or contact centre experience is an advantage, but not essential – full training will be provided
