Maintenance Electrician, Dublin 2 New

Maintenance Electrician sought for multi-storey commercial building based in Dublin City Centre. You will be responsible for Planned preventative and reactive maintenance of various operational Electrical systems to include; Feeders, Transformers, Generators, Fuel Systems, Switchgear, UPS systems, Battery banks, ATS/STS units, PDU/PMM units, HVAC, Fire Alarm systems, and Fire Suppression systems.

8 hour Working day between the hours of 7am to 7pm.

Overtime available.

• Trade qualified Electrician
• Must be client focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have experience in completing and operating to method statements, risk assessments, Safe Plans of Actions and Permits associated with their work activities
• Experience in HVAC desirable
• Experience in BMS desirable
• Have completed H&S training
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours
• Ability to complete paperwork and reports
• Enthusiastic approach to work
• Neat appearance and manner
• Ability to work professionally within client premises
• IT literacy an advantage, Word, Excel, Microsoft Office desirable
