HR Operations, UCD Human Resources, require an individual on a casual/hourly basis to commence with immediate effect on a week-to-week basis. It is likely the person will be required for a period of up to 3 months only. Please note this is a short term, full time hourly paid role at €17.17 per hour.
The position will require someone with a proven interest in Human Resources. An understanding of the importance of a professional quality service to customers within agreed service level standards. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.Numerical ability, accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to act with tact and discretion in all matters. Ability to prioritise day to day workload and plan efficiently to achieve goals. Ability to exercise initiative and be flexible in their approach to work.
Be dependable in consistently delivering reliable results within service deadlines. Well developed IT Skills are required. A willingness to learn and work well within a team. Please also note that this is not a remote working role, attendance on campus will be required.
