Senior Part time Document Controller

We're partnering with a progressive manufacturing company in Limerick who are looking to add a Part-Time Document Controller to support their COO office and project teams. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years' experience who enjoys structure, collaboration, and being the go-to person for keeping projects and documentation running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
Document Control & Records Management- Take ownership of document control processes, ensuring records are accurate, compliant, and easy to access
- Manage document creation, review, approvals, version control, and distribution
- Maintain clear and well-organised digital filing systems using platforms such as SharePoint or DocuSign
- Carry out regular checks and audits to ensure best practices and continuous improvement
- Support project managers with scheduling meetings, tracking actions, and updating project logs
- Prepare meeting agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on key actions
- Maintain project registers and provide status updates to support internal reporting
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project documentation is complete and accessible
- Provide administrative support to the COO office and wider project teams
- Assist with reports, presentations, and project-related documentation
- Support quality and compliance requirements by maintaining high documentation standards
- Welcome visitors and ensure a professional front-of-house experience
- Set up meeting rooms and coordinate refreshments or catering when required
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices in line with company procedures
- Previous experience in document control, administration, or records management (essential)
- Confidence using digital document management systems such as SharePoint or similar (essential)
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Experience supporting projects or coordinating multiple tasks
- A proactive communicator who enjoys working with different teams
- Ability to manage workload effectively in a part-time capacity
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, technology, or professional services
- Familiarity with ISO standards, GDPR, or quality management systems
- Strong MS Office skills
- Exposure to project management frameworks or PMO environments
