Warehouse Manager
Location: East Cork
Contract Details: Permanent
Salary: €65,000 - €70,000 per annum (DOE)

Responsibilities:As a Warehouse Manager, you will:
Lead the day-to-day warehouse operations, from goods-in to despatch ?Coach and develop a high-performing team of warehouse operatives
Maintain accurate stock levels and oversee cycle counting
Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Production for seamless materials flow
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards ⚠️
Drive continuous improvement in layout and processes, supporting digitalization efforts
Manage logistics to ensure on-time delivery to customers
Enhance warehouse KPIs like order turnaround time and productivity ?
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Minimum of 5 years' experience in warehouse management, preferably in manufacturing or FMCGMust be strongly H&S focused- at the forefront of decisions
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate teams
Demonstrated experience in improving warehouse processes and performance
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations ManagementCertifications in Lean/Continuous Improvement or Health & Safety (IOSH/NEBOSH)
Experience with digitalisation or system upgrades
Technologies:
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
