Job Description:
The Kitchen Catering BBQ T/A Benvindo, a Brazilian cuisine restaurant based in Dublin, is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth daily running of the restaurant, maintain high service standards, and contribute to achieving our financial goals, supporting the continued success of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities::
- Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant operations for optimal efficiency and service quality.
- Collaborate with chefs to plan and deliver high-quality menus reflecting Brazilian cuisine.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor budgets, manage inventory, and control costs effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal licensing requirements.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
Job Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurant management or a related area.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with industry standards, financial management, and team supervision.
Availability for shift work, including weekends and holidays
Annual Salary: €34,000Hour Salary: €16,77
Number of Hours per Week: 39 hours
