Job Overview
We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and elevate the Digisapiens brand. You’ll craft and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to manage campaigns across digital channels while aligning with our vision of delivering exceptional digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies (digital, content, social, email) to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring ROI-driven spending.
- Oversee SEO/SEM, paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), and email marketing campaigns.
- Optimize website content and landing pages for lead generation and conversion.
- Leverage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to nurture leads.
- Lead content strategy, including blogs, case studies, videos, and whitepapers that showcase Digisapiens’ expertise.
- Work with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to produce high-quality assets.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels (website, social media, PR, events).
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine positioning.
- Track KPIs (traffic, engagement, leads, conversions) and report on campaign performance.
- Use data insights (Google Analytics, CRM) to optimize strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketers, freelancers, or agencies.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative team culture.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Background: Required to understand Chinese market, especially specialise Chinese social media
Language Requirement: Chinese Language (mandatory) and English Language (mandatory)
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), Google Analytics, Ads, and social platforms. Experience with CMS (WordPress) and CRM systems.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities. Creative problem-solver with a data-driven mindset.
Preferred QualificationsExperience in a digital agency or tech-focused environment.
Certifications in Google Analytics, Ads, or HubSpot.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
