Cpl HR recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Reward, leading the rewards strategy along with the compensation, benefits and pension programmes on a permanent basis. The position is based in Dublin city, on a hybrid working model.

Roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Shape and lead the reward strategy
  • Be an expert and a leader in the rewards space
  • Attract and retain employees and new talent through attractive and competitive packages
  • Design and deliver new rewards initiatives
  • Identify trends and provide market insights to key stakeholders
  • Work with third party suppliers
  • Lead on other ad hoc projects

Experience and skills required:

  • Progressive experience in a senior rewards and benefits role
  • Degree and CIPD qualification
  • Experience in Irish employment law is essential
  • Strong influencing skills and with an analytical mind set is key to the position
