Cpl HR recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Reward, leading the rewards strategy along with the compensation, benefits and pension programmes on a permanent basis. The position is based in Dublin city, on a hybrid working model.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
- Shape and lead the reward strategy
- Be an expert and a leader in the rewards space
- Attract and retain employees and new talent through attractive and competitive packages
- Design and deliver new rewards initiatives
- Identify trends and provide market insights to key stakeholders
- Work with third party suppliers
- Lead on other ad hoc projects
Experience and skills required:
- Progressive experience in a senior rewards and benefits role
- Degree and CIPD qualification
- Experience in Irish employment law is essential
- Strong influencing skills and with an analytical mind set is key to the position
