We are looking for experienced Direct Support Workers to join our team across Kildare, North Dublin, Cavan, Meath, Louth, Wicklow, and Cork.

This service offers residential and day services for adults and children with intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and daily living support with dignity and respect.
• Encourage independence, social inclusion, and active community participation.
• Assist with household tasks, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Support individuals in achieving personal goals and engaging in meaningful activities.
• Work collaboratively with families, multidisciplinary teams, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Experience in residential care or day services is essential.
• Full, Irish, manual driving licence is required.
• Health or Social Care qualification (e.g., Social Care, Psychology, Nursing, or FETAC Level 5 in healthcare).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Intellectual Disability Module as part of Fetac 5 Major Award is desirable.
